Mission Statement

To give others the opportunity to feel good about their bodies with confidence through diet and exercise.

Personal Trainer: Nikki Hightower

I started teaching aerobics in 1991, from hi-lo aerobics to step aerobics, kick boxing, body sculpting, and core conditioning. In 1996, I became a personal trainer because I really wanted to help people attain their weight loss goals with more than just stepping up and down off a bench!

 

I love to run and do so every other day with my favorite running partner, Shep!

 

I ran my first 5k in 1994 and have been hooked ever since. In 2005, I decided to try my first triathlon and now I'm hooked on those! This has led me to get certified in Speed Agility & Quickness and Sports Endurance.

 

In 2006 and 2007, I coached a group of wonderful folks, Team Excel, to help them train for the Half-Marathon portion of the Country Music Marathon. All money raised went to Love Helps, inc. An orginazation that works with Middle Tennessee's public schools to encourage student achievement and responsible behavior.

We are here to educate, stimulate, and encourage you to get up and change your life. With over 10 years experience in the field of fitness and a little over 3 years in the nutrition field.
