If your going for power in your drive, then you should use medium weights with increased repetitions. For flexibility, quick muscle movements and control of your short game, then use less weight and more repetitions.
Tennis
To increase your speed and agility without losing flexibility, then use lower weights with higher repetitions.
Baseball
To increase your power of homeruns use heavier weights with fewer reps.
Running
Runners depend on their legs to get them to the finish line. To keep them strong and healthy try stepping up and down on a bench that is at least 12 inches tall. Use light weights and higher repetitions with your upper body muscles.
Triathlon
If you are new to this sport then pick a race that is short in distance. You'll need to be able to swim, bike, and run. The best part is that anyone can participate in this event. |
