| Documentation
Due to the fact
that we cover most European destinations, it is not possible to go into details
here on each country's individual requirements. On contacting us with your details,
we will be more than happy to contact you with the necessary requirements for
the destination of your choice. However, it is important to keep the following
details in mind.
Whatever type of service chosen, both the bride and groom
must take with them the following: | · | Full
Birth Certificates | | · | 10-Year
Passport with at least six months validity remaining! | | · | Sworn
Affidavits-Statement made by yourself declaring that you are free to marry. Your
signature must be witnessed by a Solicitor or Notary Officer, not more than three
months before wedding date. | | ·
| If
under 21 years old, the Written Consent of parent/guardian is required in sworn
affidavit form. | | · | If
either the bride or groom is a widow/widower, the Original Marriage and Death
Certificates must be presented. | | · | For
Anglican Church and registry office weddings, if either party has been divorced,
they must produce their Original Decree Absolute. |
Most
countries require a minimum stay of at least 4-5 days before the wedding ceremony
can take place. |
